About the Author The Reverend Chef Dr. Mark Heaton is a certified chef, certified sommelier, an artist, a certified herbalists, and herbologists. He is a certified reflexologist. The reverend, chef, Dr Heaton is a ordained Christian minister, and Wiccan High Priest, he is ordained in a full dozen religious practices. He proudly holds a Doctorate of Divinity. He is often called to as Dr. Heaton, or Chef Heaton even by close friends. His unique blend of culinary expertise, spiritual understanding, and love of storytelling has led him on an extraordinary journey, culminating in the creation of the Kresimonkey series. A seasoned writer, Dr. Heaton's work draws inspiration from his deep connection to nature, his rich spiritual life, and his passion for sharing inspiring and thought-provoking narratives. He uses this in his writing. He believes in the power of storytelling to heal, to educate, and to inspire hope, and sees his writing as a sacred act, a way to connect with the divine and share its wisdom with the world. He believes food should be made with love and a person should be creative in their cooking. "Chef Heaton" tries to create foods, recipes, and cookbooks that reflect his own combine religious practice, teachings and lifestyle.
