There is an old legend from Ethiopia that tells of two nomads watching their goats eat bright red coffee berries. Every time the goats ate the beans, he would kick, jump, and dance with delight. Curious, the nomads tried the beans themselves and discovered something magnificent.
The men experimented with many ways to prepare the beans until they finally created an amazing drink — one that opened the eyes, awakened the mind, gave energy to the body, brought peace to the spirit, and encouraged conversation among people. They called it “The Bean Juice of the Gods.”
Today, we simply know it as COFFEE.

I am "Chef Heaton" — Reverend, Chef, and Doctor. Dr. Mark Twain Heaton.
My life's journey has taken me around the world, where I have built lifelong friendships through food, coffee, and culture. I have worked beside world-renowned chefs, studied the art of flavor at the highest levels, and dedicated my life to creating experiences that bring people together.
For decades, I have traveled the world sharing meals, crafting exceptional coffee, and learning from people and cultures of every kind. As a chef, I have refined my palate through balance, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of extraordinary flavor.
Beyond the kitchen, I am ordained in multiple spiritual traditions. Through these experiences, whenever I sat down in spirit , and fellowship with another person, I have done so over a cup of coffee. I have come to believe that coffee is more than a drink — it is ritual, conversation, comfort, peace, and connection. As a certified horologist, I have used coffee as the elixir to deliver herbal remedies and vitamins, supplements I have created and learned from around the world.
