About Chef Heaton & What Inspired Chef Heaton's Coffee

Hello, I'm Chef Heaton — and coffee has been a lifelong love affair.

With two doctoral degrees and having been ordained in 12 religious traditions, I've spent my life in pursuit of knowledge, culture, and connection. My travels took me across the globe, and in every corner of the world, I found one universal truth: a great cup of coffee brings people together.

I started Chef Heaton's Coffee because I couldn't find anything that met my standards. As a chef, I cook for people with refined, sophisticated palates — and I wanted a coffee worthy of that table. So I went directly to the source, visiting growers and farmers in coffee regions around the world, building relationships with responsible producers who share my values.

Coffee, to me, is "the bean juice of the gods" — and it deserves to be treated that way. But I also believe everyone deserves access to something truly great. That's why I built this company: chef-quality coffee, for every cup, every person, every morning.
